This meditation is to help you open up and feel into self love while actively opening your heart chakra 

I aim for Aphantasia friendly meditations (for people like me who can’t picture things in their head!)

This meditation includes positive affirmations to repeat, to let the words sink into the subconscious mind. It is ideal for beginners as it is only around 12 minutes long and guided.

It is recommended that you practice meditations everyday for profound changes to occur. It is a practice! 

Even Just setting aside 12 minutes a day - you'll feel the benefits. I really hope you enjoy it!
