The agreement between you and Learners HQ when you buy or sell on the platform. Please read it: by using Learners HQ you accept it.
14 sections
These terms are a contract between you and Learners HQ Ltd ("Learners HQ", "we", "us"), the company that runs Learners HQ. They apply when you browse Learners HQ, when you buy as a customer and when you sell as a creator. Sections 3 to 5 are mostly about buying; sections 6 to 10 are about selling.
How we handle your information is in our privacy policy.
Digital content has to be of satisfactory quality: what a reasonable person would expect, given its description, its price and anything said about it.
If a creator misled you about a product before you bought it, you will get a full refund. Depending on how serious it was, the creator may be warned or have their account closed.
If you cannot open a file or play a video, we will ask the creator to repair or replace it. If they do, there is no refund. If they do not, you will get a full refund.
If a product is as described and of satisfactory quality, there is no refund, because you have already received what you paid for.
Email refunds@learnershq.com within 14 days of buying, with the product, the date you bought it and what is wrong. Messages between you and the creator are kept, and we may use them to decide.
There are no other charges. Your Earnings screen shows every fee against every sale.
If a sale is refunded, we give back our platform fee in full. The card and exchange fees Stripe charged for that payment are not returned to us, so they stay with you and come off your earnings.
We pay you in pounds, euros or US dollars, once your earnings reach 100 US dollars or the same in your payout currency, into the bank, PayPal or Wise account you give us in your payment settings. The bank or service you choose may charge its own transfer or conversion fees.
Learners HQ Ltd is not registered for VAT or sales tax in any country at the moment, so today the price you set is the price the customer pays. If we register somewhere in future, the tax for that country will be added to the price at checkout for customers there, and shown before they pay; it is not taken from your earnings.
You are responsible for any tax on your own income from sales, including any penalties or interest.
Creators can connect their own tools, such as an email service, Make, Zapier or ManyChat, from Marketing. When you do:
Learners HQ should be safe and welcoming for everybody on it.
These are not allowed anywhere on Learners HQ: firearms or weapons, or instructions for making anything harmful; violent or graphic material; sexually explicit content; drugs; spam, phishing, malware or viruses; misinformation; unsolicited advertising; scams, pyramid or Ponzi schemes; hacking or unauthorised access; plagiarism; and other people's sensitive personal information.
Only upload what you have the rights to, and do not share, download or pass on anybody else's content without permission. Creators own their products; everything else on Learners HQ belongs to us.
If you see something that breaks these terms or somebody's copyright, email report@learnershq.com or use our contact form. We rely on reports: we check the platform, but we cannot catch everything.
We can remove content, cancel orders, refuse service, or suspend or close an account when:
We try to be fair, and may warn you first, but we will act quickly when we need to protect people or the platform.
We are not liable for disputes between customers and creators, beyond the refund process in section 5.
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top, and if a change matters for how you use Learners HQ we will tell you by email or on the platform. Using Learners HQ after a change means you accept it.
